Delicious fish soup from Baja, delicious catfish paprika, nice view of the Danube, Demanding environment, lots of wood cover. Dear service.

Bálint Taba reached into the local hospitality with a good sense: with his own Danube pier, he created a beautifully executed, real beach club on the site of a once ruined little house, capable of serving water hikers and motor boat owners as well as the mainland. The cuisine was basically based on the Italian tradition, but the traditional Hungarian waterfront dishes were also included. With a great sense of proportion, it is twisted in a modern direction, e.g. the usual fishing, catfish paprika with dill gnocchi. or duck soup; and it tastefully combined local delicacies with Italian cuisine: it would be a shame to miss the perch-chewed Roman pasta pizza, as well as the desserts. The latter should be consumed even with a coffee. And once we have had a good meal, we can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Danube from the balcony. A real beach food bar and cafe, retaining everything from the Danube and adding everything that will be incomparably more than any waterfront buffet anywhere in Hungary.

Based on the reviews and photos, we chose the Club for a late lunch. It was the best decision. When we arrived, the fish soup was spilling in the cauldron for the last time. Whoever we just met, be it the waitress, the boss (who also served), but even the guests were as direct and friendly as if we were meeting there every week. The design of the place absolutely fits the name Club. A little nook, a little wooden house, with a direct view of the Danube. It really came to me. You don’t have to flip through the menu for hours and morph to choose which of the 10-15 similar dishes to choose. There are 2-4 types to order, but they are so delicious that much larger places rarely bring that level. In addition to a beautiful panorama, we ate really delicious in a friendly atmosphere!
