Garanciális javítás során felvették a kapcsolatot a helyi szerelővel, a hölgy kioktatott a telefonba, a kiküldött szerelő a problémás mosógépet megjavítani nem tudta. Cserébe a készülékkel se bánt "kesztűs kézzel" ráadásul büdös is volt kegyetlenül, lekezelő hangnemmel. A mosógép továbbra is használhatatlan a ruháinkat tönkre teszi, a gyártó pedig nagyon is tisztába van vele hogy a vásárló semmit se tud ezzel a problémával kezdeni. A szerelő leírja hogy be-ki kapcsol a gép , lefut a program, centrifugáz is. Akkor szerinte jó. És le van tudva a gyár részéről a probléma. SOHA TÖBBET BEKO !!! Aki esetleg elbizonytalanodna, hogy a márka mégis jó, annak ajánlom keressen rá a Beko romániai gyár véleményeire, siralmas, mindenki csak panaszkodik 5/1,4 csillag 100+ véleménnyel. Itt egy póló amit összfoltozott, az állítólagos hibátlan mosógép. Szégyen ez a hozzáállás a gyártótól is. Mossa ezzel a szemét márkával az összes ott dolgozó a ruháját. Mi itt befejeztük. Legszívesebben a szerelőnek a kertjébe dobnám be a gépet aki szerint ez normális ! Quality is crappy, service is zero, I do not recommend this brand to anyone! During the warranty repair, the local mechanic was contacted, the lady trained me on the phone, the posted mechanic could not repair the problematic washing machine. In return, he didn't even handle the device with a "gloved hand." The washing machine is still unusable, ruining our clothes, and the manufacturer is well aware that the buyer can do nothing about this problem. The mechanic describes how the machine switches on and off, the program runs and spins. Then he thinks it's good. And the problem is known from the factory. NEVER BE BEKO !!! Anyone who might be unsure if the brand is still good, I recommend looking for the reviews of the Beko Romanian factory, pathetic, everyone just complains about 5 / 1.4 stars with 100+ reviews. Here’s a t-shirt that’s patched up, the supposedly flawless washing machine. This attitude from the manufacturer is also a shame. Wash your eyes with this brand of clothes for everyone working there. We're done here. I'd rather throw the machine in the mechanic's garden who thinks it's normal!
