-half the drinks were out (no coke, no coke zero, etc.)
-a pasta and a pizza was forgotten so we had to start eating separately to avoid those already served getting cold.
-it's impossible to cut the pizza with the cheap and dull wooden knife. But once you cut it, you can eat some of carton which it's served in also.
-a pasta had to be redone because it had cheese on it. We haven't asked for it without cheese, we wanted it. We haven't been asked at the time of ordering.
-the guy at pickup was deliberately looking away when I came back to check on the second time, had to call him out twice to realize I'm there
I expected better.
