J	József Klár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nullát nem tudok adni!Dec17.-én délután tönkrement a jakuzzink fűtőszála, petsze a legjobbkor.Semmi gond ,van dabason 17 db raktáron.De most figyelj:Sajnos a téli leállás és leltár miatt sem a weben sem a raktárból nem tudnak kiszolgálni majd csak janiárban.Az alkatrész viszonteladónál nem kapható csak náluk.A mínuszok fokok miatt kértem őket, hogy valahogy oldják meg.Ígértek visszahívást azóta is várom.Majd korizok rajta ha befagy.Szóval korrekt hozáállást tapasztaltam. Az egyik, Andreas "B" wc deszka, amely tervezési hiba miatt nem ül fel az állítólag kompatibilis Sophia wc-re, ehelyett a levegőben lóg a hátulja. Jeleztük a problémát, a viszonteladónál ki is próbáltuk. Nem működik. Küldtek egy ugyanolyan deszkát helyette, ami ugyanúgy a levegőben lóg. Majd igértek egy szervizest, aki kihoz majd egy ugyanolyan deszkát (harmadszorra). Vicc kategória. A másik "prémium" termék: Wellis Rundo magas csaptelep. Nagyon szép, ámde bekötés után, az elzárt csapból ömlött a mosdószekrénybe a víz. Igértek egy csere csaptelepet. Kétszer is megjelent egy futár, hogy elvinné a csaptelepet, úgy, hogy csere csaptelep nem érkezett helyette. Szuper szervezés. Igazi "magyaros" ügyintézés. Gratulálok. Ha előbb olvasom a google véleményeket, nem tévedek ekkorát. I bought two "premium" products in February. Now, at the end of March, I can't use it yet.
