Minden a megbeszéltek szerint ment, alapos tájékoztatást kaptam a bérlésről és az autóról is, viszont ezt a lehető leggyorsabban csinálták, nem kellett órákat rá várni. Az autón voltak külső kisebb sérülések, de ezt lefényképeztük és így korrekten minden rendben volt. I rented a Prius 3 for a day. Everything went as agreed, I got thorough information about the rental and the car as well, but they did it as quickly as possible, I didn’t have to wait for hours. There were minor minor injuries on the car, but we took a photo of it and so everything was correct.

Ezért a sok pozitív visszajelzés ellenére is némi fenntartással fordultam a Bérautókirályhoz, korábban még nem béreltem Tőlük gépkocsit. Viszont magam is beállok a sorba, tovább növelve a pozitív visszajelzések számosságát. Barátságos, rugalmas, segítőkész a szolgáltató csapata. Minden irányban korrekt módon, segítőkészen viszonyultak a dolgokhoz, igényekhez, amit köszönök szépen. Reply to your comment: On the second phone call I said I want to book it and the person said it was OK, now just send an email. Which I did and called right after to make sure you saw it. Still got a reply that it was gone.

While i have rented dozens of cars in my life, and i'm not proud to admit this, I had my first accident with a rental while renting from this company. Even then they were 100% fair and reasonable. And that is the ultimate test for a rental company. Trustworthy and highly recommended.
