Édes emlékeim vannak, mert ez volt az első edzőterem ahova bejutottam. 13 évesen nem is engedtek be sehova máshova edzeni, ezért maradt ez a kis otthonos old school kondi. Nagyon jó döntés volt. 4000 forintért, kaptam egy havi bérletet, és komplett edzéstervet. Árpi, a tulajdonos minden gépet, minden gyakorlatot megmutatott. Amikor elkezdtem a 20kgos fekvenyomórúdat se bírtam el. 1,5 évre rá 70kg-ot nyomtam ki. Egy kezdő számára nem is tudnék jobb termet ajánlani az egész országban. Árpit bármikor kérdeztem bármiről mindig segített, teljesen ingyen! Rengeteg barátot is szereztem a családias légkör nyomán. Egyszerre nem vagyunk a terembe 10-nél többen, így könnyen beszélgetésbe elegyedik az ember.
I entered the room for the first time in the summer of 2018. I have sweet memories because it was the first gym I got into. At the age of 13, they weren’t even allowed to train anywhere else, so this little homely old school condo remained. It was a very good decision. For 4,000 forints, I received a monthly pass and a complete training plan. Barley, the owner, showed every machine, every practice. When I started, I couldn't stand the 20kgos bench press rod. I weighed 70kg for 1.5 years. For a beginner, I couldn’t even recommend a better room across the country. I always asked for upholstery about anything he always helped, completely free! I also made a lot of friends following the family atmosphere. We are not more than 10 people in the room at one time, so it is easy to get mixed up in a conversation.
