Firstly in the morning I put a few drop to my morning smoothie for the vitamins and for the boost, and I really like the taste too! In the evening Im use it before sleep, I usually put a few drop to my wrist because its smells so good and comforting. It's helps me to become calm, and I can fall a sleep easier. Plus it's really effective for my pimple, I put one drop to my ugly acne before sleep, and in the morning magicly dissapeared! I love Berenica everbody should try it!:)

I also noticed it eased my knee pain that I experience sometimes before my period due to hormone changes. I use a couple of drops under my tongue but I also tried it on my skin. I didn't see much improvement on the skin but I also haven't used it regularly, though the consistency is really nice and I like the smell :) The taste is mild, not too strong, but to be honest I also enjoyed the taste. I noticed that when I was doing a stressful job using a couple of drops under the tongue in the mornings helped me relax more during work that was physically and mentally challenging. I could stay more focused and calm. It could be the effect of having a ritual as well on those demanding days. A ritual I grew fond of and so I took my nice bottle of Berenica with me to work as well. I mostly used it to reduce stress and better my sleep, although because I wake up early (5:30 am) I noticed it's best to apply Berenica a couple of hours before sleep, otherwise I found it a bit more challenging to rise from bed. I can recommend this product to anyone who would like to start using CBD oil for home remedies and ailments.
