Aki teheti, foglaljon a légitársaság oldalán keresztül, ne ezeken keresztül. Soha, de soha többet nem fogok én sem. Kókler ganda !!! No one should start with them. Incorrect and very, very slow administration, zero help, but they have a big mouth! Whoever can, book through the airline’s site, not through them. I will never, but never again.

A törölt repülőjegy árán hónapokig ülnek, miután a repülőtársaság visszautalta a pénzt. Mondván, hogy titkos szerződésük van a repülőtársaságokkal. Még arról sem tájékoztattak, hogy törölték a járatot. Utána pedig rengeteg telefon, email kellett a pénz visszaigényléséhez. Nagyon ragaszkodnak a jutalékukhoz. A repülőtársaságoknál szabad csak jegyet venni, náluk nem ! They are very incorrect. Changes affecting travel are not communicated, regardless of whether they cause harm to passengers. Figyelemmel kísérték, hogy a visszafelé utat a repülőtársaság törölte. Figyelmeztettek bennünket, intézkedtek a jegy árának visszatérítésében, új repülőút foglalásában. Végig érezhettük, hogy biztos, segítőkezet nyújtanak.Minden egyes üzenetnél az ügyintéző a nevét adta, ami nagyon emberi volt.Biztos, hogy ezután is velük repülünk. Veco Travel is an extremely reliable travel agency. We only bought tickets for New Zealand and back. It was observed that the return flight was canceled by the airline. They warned us, took action to refund the ticket price and to book a new flight. We always felt that they were providing a helping hand. For each message the agent gave his name, which was very human. I'm sure we will continue to fly with them.

Persze tudom, èn vagyok a hülye de ezentúl inkább közvetlenül a lègitársaságnál foglalok. Only "unused taxes" can be refunded from the price of the ticket marked as refundable at the time of booking. Of course I know I'm stupid, but from now on I'd rather book directly with the airline.
b	beelee Bill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This major travel agency specializes in only group tours but when I became frustrated at trying to arrange a shuttle pickup to the airport via the internet I just walked into their office to get some information. The two people on the front desk, Ms Neczli and Mr Geleucsen had never had such a request. Instead of referring me to a ''regular'' travel agency, they handled the situation professionally, courteously and made the arrangement themselves by telephone. Well above and beyond the call to duty! Thanks for saving the day.
