A növények is mind egészségesek, az oldalon informatívak a leírások. Különleges pozsgások is beszerezhetők innen, emiatt (is) biztosan visszatérek még. Egy szállítási incidens miatt beszéltem a tulajdonossal is, nagyon kedves volt és figyelmes. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek. I had ordered it from Bernikert several times already and both the plants and the supplies were securely packed, arriving intact. The plants are also all healthy, the descriptions on the site are informative. Special succulents are also available here, which is why (I) will definitely come back again. I also talked to the owner about a shipping incident, she was very kind and attentive. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

A weboldal könnyen kezelhető. Két kaspót szerettem volna, egyből kiírta a rendszer, hogy csak egy van. Ezt más cégnél sajnos nem tapasztaltam, kosárba tehettem többet és csak vártam a csomagot, de nem jött. És még valami. Bár be volt szépen csomagolva, de az egyik kaspót több darabban találtam meg. Kinek a hibája? Hogy bizonyítom, hogy nem én törtem el? Bernikert olyan kompenzálás adott, amivel még nem találkoztam! Választhattam, hogy küldenek újat, vagy levásárolhatom az összeget. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience this at any other company, I could put more in my cart and just waited for the package, but it didn’t come. And one more thing. Although it was nicely packaged, I found one of the pots in several pieces. Whose fault is it? How do I prove I didn't break it? Bernikert was given compensation I hadn’t encountered yet! I could choose to send a new one or buy out the amount. I received the coupon that day, pot + 500ft! Thanks!
