Első alkalommal azt az ígéretet kaptam, hogy napokkal később hívnak, ha kész a rendelésem, de nem hívtak, második alkalommal árajánlatot akartam kérni tőlük, a hölgy ígérete szerint másnap hívott volna, de ez se történt meg. The quality of the work and the price are super but the communication and order placement is very boisterous. The first time I got a promise to call me a few days later when my order was done but they didn't call me, the second time I wanted to get a quote from them, the lady promised to call the next day, but it didn't happen.
V	Van Mack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mint látom két éve is volt panasz a kommunikációra. Ha árajánlatot kérsz, akkor készülj fel, hogy nem fognak felhívni az adott időpontban, amikor ígérték. Engem hívtak 1-2-3 hét múlva is. Szerintem a fickó biztos megsértődik, ha kérsz árajánlatot vagy nem tudom... így egyszerűbb, ha nem kérsz és majd fizetsz amennyit fizetsz. Hogy mennyit azt magad sem tudod kiszámolni, mert bár mondanak valamit, hogy mi alapján számolnak, az nem úgy van sajnos. Össze vissza, ahogy koppan. Szerintem egyéb veszteségeket áthárítanak a vevőre is mikor, kire, mennyit.(hozzáteszem, hogy Miskolcon sehol nem szeretnek árajánlatot adni vagy csak 2-3 ezerért ezekben a lapszabászatokban. Hát igen ez nem Budapest.... A verseny Miskolcon nem olyan öldöklő, ott megtehetik, hogy maradsz vagy elmész) Apropó hozzáállás. Itt ne várd hogy kinyalják a segged. Elég lekezelő a stílus, bár most érthető, gondolom van munka, de majd jön a következő válság, majd akkor előveszik a szép arcukat is. A vágás ideje eltarthat olyan 3 héttől egészen az örökkévalóságig(Persze előtte ha kértél árajánlatot minimum plusz 1-2 hét). Ezt azért írom mert több ismerősöm rendelését több hónap után sem teljesítették és még egy telefont sem eresztettek meg, így elmondásuk szerint várnak inkább 1 vagy másfél hónapot a Homokinál, de ott biztos levágják a rendelt bútorokat. Amúgy a vágás az szép szokott lenni. Ezért jár a 2 csillag. As I see two years ago, there was a complaint about communication. I think the guy will be offended if you ask for a quotation or I do not know ... so it's simpler if you do not ask for and pay as much as you pay.
