Mivel elmúltam 60 éves, volt alkalmam jó néhány üveg szeszes ital palackjának felbontására. Ezzel nem azt akarom sugallni, hogy alkoholista lennék, de tudok különbséget tenni a hasonló kaliberű cégek termékei között. Az italok minőségével semmi bajom, sőt kimondottan színvonalasoknak tartom.
Ami kimondottan zavar (mondhatnám idegesít), az az, hogy a kommersz italok kupakját csak hosszas küszködés, különféle segédeszközök segítségével, néha sebesülések árán lehet csak felbontani. Hogy ezt a hiányosságot miért nem lehet évtizedek óta kiküszöbölni, sejtelmem sincs. Talán így akarják visszaszorítani az alkoholfogyasztást?
Válaszukat várva maradok továbbra is elégedetlen fogyasztójuk:

Dear management!
As I am over 60, I have had the opportunity to open quite a few bottles of spirits. This is not to suggest that I am an alcoholic, but that I can distinguish products from companies of similar caliber. I have no problem with the quality of the drinks, and I even consider them to be of high quality.
What really annoys me (I might say annoying) is that the cap of a commercial drink can only be opened at length with the help of various aids, sometimes at the cost of injuries. Why, for decades, this shortcoming cannot be addressed, I have no idea. Is this how they want to reduce alcohol consumption?
While waiting for their response, I remain a dissatisfied consumer:
