Really quick from time of ordering online to parts are ready for pick up.

Nr1: they forgot to send a product (just got mails), had to fill complaint form to get it.
Nr2: they've sent a faulty lamp 2 times (1st: severe battery shortage, 2nd: insufficient lumen value, as it switches back from max lumen mode to a lower one). Probably not directly their fault, but they should filter out suppliers that keep sending faulty products.
The good experience, that they keep the standard answering in 1 working days, and problems are easy to handle.
