CEO Message: How do you define Quality?

When it comes to quality, we recognize it when we see it. However, it can be subjective, much like modern art.

In regards to the public health risk of drug manufacturing and distribution, BET Pharma believes a rigid standard of quality is critical. We believe companies need to introduce more and more stringent quality measures in their procedures but there is not an axiomatic way to translate these measures into business terms in order to reach their KPI targets.

Bet Pharma’s company policy was designed to help our customers to identify key effects of quality improvements on business performance and to develop easy-to-implement know-how for maximizing supply chain effectiveness.

Our 15 years’ involvement and senior management experience, comprehensive but principled approach to the pharmaceutical industry and our unwavering commitment to quality made inevitable the foundation of BET Pharma.

In order to attain high quality standards we employ only highly skilled professionals with extensive experience and who are committed to represent our values and provide customers with first-class service.

Our pharmacists must have broad and comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance with the ability to demonstrate and communicate adequately the potential impact and consequence of unexpected events – and offer a proposed solution – to the various participants of supply chain at the stage of planning, and during the mission.

Also we strive to maintain an impeccable level of quality in our selection of employees and subcontractors therefore we are not the cheapest service provider in the market. Although we will not win the price-war in the outsourcing sector, we know exactly the difficulties and hardships that could arise from a non-professional approach to decision making or dissatisfying problem solving interactions. Efficient and technically correct handling of these situations will increase your operation’s safety and cost effectiveness.
