★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azt se tudják hol vannak.... Hogy lehet képviselet ( Harman, Jbl) ha semmiben nem tudnak segíteni? Rávágják az emberre telefont..... Szóra se méltóak!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decemberben vásároltam egy jbl playlist hangszórót. Szuper volt és minőségi. Pár hónapja sajnos zizegni kezdett benne valami műanyag. Sebaj mert garanciális és prémium. Gondoltam én. 2-3 hét volt a szerviz. Ők persze nem tapasztalták a hibát. Gondoltam hogy hátha én tévedtem. Ezért kiprobáltuk az eladóval. Persze nem volt jó. Az eladó is hallotta a hibát. Újra vissza küldte de részletesebben leírtuk a hibát. Újabb 2 hét és vissza is kaptam. Persze megint nem tapasztalták a hibát. Újabb eladó hallgatta meg hogy mi is a baj. Ő is tapasztalta. De ők nem bírálják a szervizt. Tehát ez így jó. Most csak a forgalmazóban bízom hogy segít. Prémium termék nem olcsó és nem ezt vártam.
In December, I bought a jbl playlist speaker. It was super and quality. A couple of months ago, unfortunately, something plastic was starting to buzz in it. Don't worry because it's warranty and premium. I thought so. The service was 2-3 weeks. Of course, they did not experience the error. I thought maybe I was wrong. That's why we tried it on the seller. Of course it wasn't good. The seller also heard the error. He sent it back again but we described the error in more detail. Another 2 weeks and I got it back. Of course, again, they did not experience the error. Another seller listened to what was wrong. He also experienced it. But they don't criticize the service. So that's so good. Now I just trust the dealer to help. Premium product is not cheap and I did not expect that.

Rendkívül udvariasak és segítőkészek voltak. Egy telefonhívással orvosolták a panaszomat. Igazi vásárlónak éreztem magam. Le a kalappal előttük!
Today I contacted Invitone Ltd. with my service complaint.
They were extremely polite and helpful. A phone call corrected my complaint. I felt like a real customer. Down the hat in front of them!
