★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több mint 5 hétig szerelték a nyomtatómat + berántottak a szervízdíjjal + egy tonerrel. Elsőre visszakaptam úgy a nyomtatót hogy szerintem hozzá sem nyúltak, visszavittem, buheráltak rajta valamit, hazahoztam és kerek 5 percet működött. Én már nem szenvedek tovább velük, mert csak az időm pénzem megy. Ide semmit ne hozzatok be, mert csak a pénzt dobjátok ki az ablakon! Kannibál brigád.
For more than 5 weeks my printer was fitted + charged with service charge + with a toner. At first I got the printer back so I didn't touch it, I took it back, stuffed it, brought it home and it worked for 5 minutes. I no longer suffer with them because only my time is money. Don't put anything in here, just throw the money out the window! Cannibal Brigade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kettő és fél hónap alatt nem sikerült kideríteni hogy a Panasonic DMC-LZ 40 típusú fényképező gépemhez adott usb kábel törött. Arra hivatkoztak hogy nincsen ilyen kábel az üzletben , hogy kipróbálják. Illetve hogy az alkatrész ellátás akadozik. (egy háromezer forintos kábelről van szó amit a tíz percre lévő Örs vezér terén lévő nagyáruházak bármelyikében megvehető lett volna). Vissza egyszer sem hívtak miközben folyamatosan ígérgették. Személyes megkeresésemkor konkrétan a pult mögött álló fiatalember annyit mondott a telefonba mondott állításaira hogy idézem "nem mondtam igazat" .....mindenki messzire kerülje el a Beta Irodatechnika Kft-t
In two and a half months, I couldn’t find out that the usb cable that came with my Panasonic DMC-LZ 40 camera was broken. They argued that there is no such cable in the store to try. Or that the parts supply is stuttered. (it is a three thousand forint cable that could have been bought in any of the supermarkets in Örs vezér square, which is ten minutes away). They were never called back while constantly being promised. When I personally contacted him, the young man behind the counter specifically said so much about his statements on the phone that I quote "I didn't tell the truth" ..... everyone should avoid Beta Irodatechnika Kft.
