A rendelt kerékpár a megbeszélt időponthoz képest pár napot késett a beszállító hibájából, emiatt az üzlet saját gépkocsival, beállítva, ingyen, külön megbeszélt időpontban szállította a kerékpárt a sérülések megelőzése érdekében.
Abszolút példás minden szempontból. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!
 Very kind, customer oriented service, excellent information. The ordered bicycle was delayed by a few days from the supplier due to the supplier's fault, so the shop supplied the bicycle with its own car, set up, at a free and agreed upon time to prevent injuries.

Jeleztem, és már másnap hozta is ingyen a futár a kisebb mezt!:))Hihetetlen kedves ügyfélszolgálat, gyors és pontos kiszolgálás, kitűnő termékek!! ? Bár több ilyen kereskedő lenne itthon!!
I can only recommend!!! I ordered a Castelli jersey, which I could already pick up on day 3. Unfortunately, it got big. I indicated and the next day the courier brought the smaller jersey for free! :)) Incredibly kind customer service, fast and accurate service, excellent products !! ? Although there would be more such merchants at home !!

I received the ordered product within a few days, I was able to pay with a card. I got it 26% cheaper than the other place where it was available in Hungary at all.
