Birkenstock Márkabolt, Outlet és Webáruház

Such nice ladies - It's a small store and they weren't busy when I went (yay!) and I was lucky enough to find 2 pair of great shoes at a great price. Sizes and styles are limited but there is another regular shop next door with all the latest Birks and decent prices. And there is a money changer on the other side. What more could a girl want?

Staff incredibly rude, felt completely not welcome. Made me feel like I was asking way too much when I asked them to give 2 sizes of the same shoe so I could see which one is better. Rolled their eyes at me when they didn't have the size I wanted to purchase on the shop floor so they had to go get it from an outside storage. Two stars because I love Birkenstocks, but would never go back to that store again unless I can't find a certain shoe online..

Great little shop with the largest selection of men’s, women’s, and kid’s Birkenstock sandals that I have ever seen! The staff are very helpful, happy, and polite.

I’ve been living in Budapest off and on for almost 5 years and I’ve never been treated as rudely as when I just visited this store. It was quite busy and I live in the area so it would be easy for me to come back when it wasn’t so frantic. I asked at the counter, “When is a time when it might not be so busy?” The woman responded, quite rudely, “It’s always busy!!” I was offended by her tone. When I didn’t move away she snapped, “OK! Monday at 2:00!” I turned and left without any more interaction. Who needs that kind of irritation on a beautiful Saturday afternoon?

My experience was fantastic. The staff in the store are so professional, they are helpfull and nice. Very rare that I find staff in shops who know what they do! This store is one of them! Thank you for your kind help!!!!! And they have size 35 :).

Went into the store today with the intention to buy a new pair of sandals. The store was busy with other people buying and the sales assistants busy with everything else. I stood there for a few minutes and saw exactly the sandal I wanted in my size on the shelf. So I took it down with the intention of buying it, a sales assistant comes over to me and says can she help, I start saying these are the sandals I would like and she launches into telling me off for daring to take the box from the open shelf and I should wait for someone to help me?! I said excuse me? And she continued on with everything I had done wrong, never in my well travelled life have I experienced such a rude sales assistant. With that I just said thanks anyway I’ll go and buy them somewhere else and walked out. I was disgusted. Needless to say several other shoe shops put out their shoes in the boxes so the customer finds the size that is right for them. If this is such a big issue in the Birkenstock outlet perhaps they should put up a sign up or perhaps not out their stock out for their paying customers to touch! Classic Hungarian “customer service” Edit - I have just read several other customers have had exactly the same level of awful service and abused for touching a box! Clearly something is very wrong in this shop or perhaps management needs to review their policies and or staff attitudes!

Staff is reaally unfriendly, it's like they dont want to have clients. Prices are craaaazy higher than as usual
