★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Másfél éve vásároltam itt két pár nyári cipőt - nagyon megörültem, amikor felfedeztem a helyet, mert nagyon szép cipőik voltak, pont amilyet kerestem. Ezután pár nappal pedig el is ért a döbbenet, amikor is mindkét pár cipővel gond lett - egyiknél konkrétan levált a ragasztás, a másiknak a sarka jött le. Természetesen a boltban csak a javítás volt az egyetlen opció. Hihetetlen, hogy a legutolsó kínai cipő is kitart legalább fél évet, de két(!) pár márkás, drága cipő pár nap alatt felmondja a szolgálatot. A javítás után még az adott szezonban kibírta, de ezen a nyáron pár napnyi használat után ismét elengedett a ragasztó - a bolti garancia persze csak fél év, ami nem is véletlen. Szégyenletes, amit ez az üzlet csinál, sajnálom, hogy nem olvastam el vásárlás előtt a kommenteket/értékeléseket - de remélem, hogy az enyém eljut pár emberhez!
I bought two pairs of summer shoes here a year and a half ago - I was very happy when I discovered the place because they had very nice shoes, exactly what I was looking for. Then, a few days later, I was shocked, when both pairs of shoes had a problem - one of them had the glue removed, the other's heel came off. Of course, in the store only repair was the only option. It’s unbelievable that the latest Chinese shoes will last at least half a year, but two (!) Pairs of branded, expensive shoes will terminate service in a few days. After the repair, it lasted that season, but this summer, after a few days of use, the glue was released again - the store warranty is only half a year, of course, which is no accident. It’s a shame what this store does, I’m sorry I didn’t read the comments / reviews before buying - but I hope mine gets to a few people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoes have very low quality materials, which you can't notice for the first time, but trust me, they are not even a tiny bit durable. I bougt a pair of shoes there, the inside tore apart in 1 month, and they would not even giv me back my money (25,000huf) DO NOT EVER SHOP THERE!!!

Love this customer service cause they dont hard sell. And I went back to the shop again to buy it. I DID NOT REGRET BUYING THIS LIKE REALLY!!!! SO SO COMFORTABLE!!! ??
Brand for this shoes is Pikolinos, Spanish brand, genuine leather.
