Délután 2 óra körül szaladtam be felvenni egy csomagomat. Ahogy beléptem, a bent levő “hölgy” köszönés nélkül nagy szem forgatások közepette közölte hogy gyorsan mondjam mit akarok, mert neki 2-3ig ebédszünete van. Mondtam hogy a csomagomat szeretném csak átvenni.... végig sürgetett gyorsan írjam alá elég a szignó majdnem hogy ki zavart a boltból! Többet a lábam be nem teszem ide! Ez a stílus és hangnem vevővel szemben szerintem megengedhetetlen. Megjegyzem sehova nincsen feltüntetve hogy 2-3ig zárva van a bolt. Egyetlen cetlire volt írva hogy 3ig vissza érek.. Senkinek nem ajánlom a bánásmód és stílus miatt!! We’ve been to this store several times before, we’ve never been too happy. But what happened today was more than many! I ran in around 2pm to pick up a package of mine. As I entered, the “lady” inside, without greeting, amid big eye rotations, told me to quickly say what I wanted because she had a lunch break for 2-3 days. I said I just want to pick up my package .... all the while urging me to quickly sign enough of the signature almost to get out of the store! I don't put my feet in here anymore! This style and tone is unacceptable to the buyer. I note nowhere is it indicated that the store is closed for 2-3 days. It was written on a single note that I would get back in 3 days .. I would not recommend it to anyone because of the treatment and style !!

Egy másik alkalommal 16:30-kor léptem be az üzletbe amikor a hölgy köszönés nélkül csak annyit mondott,hogy: "gyorsan mondjam mert már itt vannak érte és zár". Kérdezem:"nem 17:00-ig vannak nyitva?" Mire ő: "De,de már itt vannak érte és zár." Ezúton is szeretnék elnézést kérni,hogy nála mertem vásárolni,ígérem többet nem fogok! Soldering a Jack extension cable was 1 week. Another time I walked into the store at 4:30 p.m. when the lady just said without saying, "let me tell you quickly because they are already here for her and close." I ask, "aren't they open until 5:00 pm?" To which he said, "But, but they are already here for him and lock." I would like to apologize again for daring to buy from him, I promise I will not!

B	Boka Tummtukoté on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon lelkiismeretes, kedves házaspár vezeti a boltot és a szervízt, ha körülöttem bárkinek hifi-erősítő kell, ide küldöm őket, mi többet is vettünk már innen, 20-30 éves darabokat, és mind hibátlan. A very conscientious, kind couple runs the shop and the service, if anyone around me needs a hi-fi amplifier, I'll send them here, we've bought more from here, 20-30 year old pieces, and they're all flawless.
