★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Háztartási gépeim alkatrészeit, szinte kivétel nélkül itt veszem meg. Ugyan én mindig személyes átvételre kérem, így a szállításról nem tudok nyilatkozni, de az átvételre kért alkatrészek gyorsan átvehetőek. Legutóbb egy kenwood mosogatógép öblítőmotorjáról fogyott el a lapát, megfelelő gyári rögzítetlenség miatt. Szerencsére egy kis utánnakereséssel kiderült,hogy a gorenje, candy komplett motorja megegyezik. Így az ehhez való lapát tökéletesen megfelel a kenwood-hoz is 999.- + egy kis menetrögzítő & barkács megoldotta a problémát.
 I buy parts for my household appliances here, almost without exception. Although I always ask for personal collection, so I can't declare the delivery, but the parts requested for collection can be picked up quickly. Most recently, a paddle from a Kenwood dishwasher rinsed engine ran out due to proper factory unattachment. Luckily, with a little search, it turned out that his complete engine for goren, candy, was the same. So the paddle for this is perfect for kenwood as well 999.- + a small threadlocker & DIY solved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekem nagyon bejött hogy még az alkatrész elküldés előtt, gyártási és egyéb kódok alapján 100% - ban meggyőződnek arról hogy biztos az legyen rendelve, ami kompatibilis és használható-beépíthető. Precíz, pontos, gyors. Az ügyfélszolgálat is készséges, udvarias. Ezelőtt és ezután is náluk vásárolok. A postaköltség az lehetne olcsóbb viszont!
It really came to my mind that even before the part is shipped, they are 100% sure, based on the manufacturing and other codes, that what is compatible and usable can be ordered. Precise, accurate, fast. The customer service is also willing and courteous. I buy from them before and after. Postage could be cheaper in turn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az alkatrésszel és a webes megrendeléssel minden rendben volt, az is kiderült, hogy az alkatrész a Telek utcai telephelyen elérhető. Erről azonban azt írják, hogy "Kizárólag rendelés átvételi pont, nagykereskedés", így - miután a rendelést azonnal nyugtázták - sokáig vártam egy olyan email-re is, hogy mikortól mehetek átvenni. A türelmem elfogytával odatelefonáltam, erre derült csak ki, hogy már régen mehettem volna.
Everything was fine with the part and the web order, it also turned out that the part was available at the Telek utca site. However, it says "Order pick-up point only, wholesaler" so - after the order was immediately acknowledged - I also waited a long time for an email from when I could go pick it up. When my patience ran out, I called there, it turned out that I could have gone a long time ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két kollega volt az üzletben. A belső helységben lévő stílusa, hozzáállása minősíthetetlen. Az ajtón van egy papír, miszerint a covid miatt egyszerre egy vásárló lehet az üzletben, ezt nem figyeltem, igy bementem. Maszk nélkül olyan stilusban szólt hozzám, amit elfogadhatatlannak tartok, normális esetben kulturált ember ilyet vevővel, de masik emberrel sem csinál. Kimentem a fagyba. Felháborodtam a stílusán és szóvá is tettem, egy csúnya szót nem mondtam, erre olyat mutatott, amit más körülmények között nem tűr el az ember. Majd fülhallgatot vett es elbújt a gépe mögé. Az engem kiszolgáló munkatárssal minden rendben volt, de en soha többet nem megyek ide. Kritikán aluli, flegma kiszolgálás. Van ilyen boltból egy tucatnyi, akkor menj ide, ha szereted a megaláztatást.

Without a mask, he spoke to me in a style that I find unacceptable, a cultured person would normally do that to a customer, but not to any other person. I went out to the frost. I was outraged by his style and made it a word, I didn’t say a nasty word, he showed something that wouldn’t be tolerated under other circumstances. Then he took earphones and hid behind his plane. Everything was fine with the staff who served me, but I will never go here again. Sub-critical, phlegmatic service. There are a dozen of these shops, go here if you love humiliation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the part on Sunday and it was available for pick up Monday. I was treated respectfully even though I did not speak much Hungarian. My only issue was that it was a bit slow once there to move through the line but this will not affect my ranking. I would definitely shop there again.
