they destroyed the entire housing estate. It was no different than Ujlipot ... and that was the beautiful half-city half-city. It's just a housing estate now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltam bent náluk, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkések voltak, 2024-25 környékén tervezik az átadást, sajnos én addig nem tudok várni, mivel jövőre tervezem a költözést, ettől függetlenül nagyon tetszik az épület és az elképzelés, azoknak akik tudnak várni csak ajánlani tudom őket.
I was with them inside, they were very kind and helpful, they are planning to hand over around 2024-25, unfortunately I can't wait until then, as I plan to move next year, regardless, I really like the building and the idea, I can only recommend them to those who can wait.

The price has went up 40% since I bought it in 2018. I just signed a contract in this new project with no doubt that it will be the same.
I will surly live in this project and not rent it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a warning for all the potential buyers. They used all the pre-sale contracts for marketing to increase their popularity and the price. And now they’re terminating all the previous stages contracts and who knows they can do the same thing to y'all to achieve bigger profit. I think everyone should be aware. In my opinion, based on what they’re doing now and their business ethical level, the risk is pretty high to buy this property. I am sceptical about this project and its future development and does not trust the management of this real estate. This company has zero credit and only care about their own profits.
