Úgy gondolom, hogy egy szakszerviz nem engedheti meg magának, hogy 4 nap alatt ne tudjon érdemi dolgot mondani, hogy mi probléma az autóval. Az meg, hogy elméletileg úgy adják vissza az autót ahogy leadtam.... Hát nem sikerült neki. Talán az is sokat elmond, hogy a szakszevizes nem tudta hol keresse a vonószemet.. Everyone avoid far when it comes to service !! I think a professional service can’t afford not to be able to say anything meaningful in 4 days about what’s wrong with the car. The fact that, in theory, they return the car the way I gave it away .... Well, he didn't succeed. Perhaps it also says a lot that the professional did not know where to look for the towing eye.

Amikor elkészült hívtak, udvariasak voltak. A márkához illő kiszolgálás! Budapestről határozott vásárlási szándékkal (és pénzzel!) leautóztam Pécsre, de előtte többször beszéltem velük telefonon. Biztosítottak, hogy az autó rendben van. Nem volt - és ez nekem 450 kilométerembe és egy napomba került. SZÉGYEN!!!!! If I could, I'd rather give it zero. Egyrészt nem sokat hiszen van belőle több is, mindegyikben ugyan olyan a szolgáltatás, hiszen a márka kötelez, a szabályok pedig szerződésben foglaltak hogyan kell, szabad működtetni egy ilyen autó kereskedést.. Másrészt viszont lehet akár különbség is hiszen itt is emberek dolgoznak abból meg ugye van sok féle ? Nos ezzel itt a pécsi Schneider BMW, és MINI autó szalonban nincs gond.Az ügyfél (kiállító) térben csupa kedves, segítő kész emberke dolgozik. A számlázó hölgyek, az alkatrész értékesítő, a szervíz munka felvevők, autó értékesítők stb. Nekem egy régebbi, (már egy vadi új autóhoz képest) BMW E60 típusú autóm van ezért sok hülye kérdéssel fordultam a dolgozókhoz amilyennel ritkábban találkoznak, mert ilyen típusú autót már szinte egyáltalán nem szervizeltetnek BMW szalonban, mivel az autó értéke és a szerviz költségek nem állnak összhangban, de mindig türelmesen próbáltak segíteni. És igen ha már ezt említem ez az egy dolog ami fájhat, mert a szerviz bizony hozza amit egy prémium autó üzen... Drága. Persze kinek hogy..... Üzlet embereknek biztos nem? Mindennel együtt mindig jó érzés egy ilyen illusztris helyre be menni... Pláne ha szimpatikusak az ott dolgozók. Tommy E60 What about a car dealership selling a premium car brand? The billing ladies, the parts salesman, the service work recruiters, the car salesmen, etc. I have an older BMW E60 (compared to a brand new car) so I asked the workers a lot of stupid questions that they rarely come across because this type of car is almost never serviced at a BMW salon because the value of the car and the service costs are not consistent, but always patiently tried to help. And yes, if I mention this, it's one thing that can hurt, because service really brings what a premium car says ... Expensive. Of course to whom .....
