Our favorite restaurant in Balatonfured. It is run by extremely friendly people and the food is delicious and the price is extremely affordable.

Wij zijn er een paar keer wezen eten zelfs met 15 personen s'middags even heen gereden en besproken andere keer alvast vooruit gereserveerd. Not too big restaurant there are mainly local people the service is extremely friendly and the food excellent. We went there a few times even eating with 15 people in the afternoon just drove and discussed other times in advance reserved.

It is not a fancy fusion menu following the latest trends. The meals are prepared like it was your old grandmother working passionate in the kitchen to serve you a sturdy delicious meal. So wonderful to experience this from a now middle age guy with some roots in Hungary. This is the kind of experience that once got me addicted to the Hungarian cuisine. Great staff, small but spot on selection of Hungarian wine's and palinkas.....just go there and try it out. And despite my surname I have no known connection to the place as far as I know :-)

Me and my partner initially went there to try 2-2 dl of wine, well, we ended up ordering more since it was delicious and also decided to get some food too, simply because the place had this amazing authentic cozy vibe to it, couldnt resist to try the food and was not dissapointed. Waiters are nice too.

There are very few restaurants like this in Balatonfüred now. It has not tried to become too fancy, and there is certainly not a pizza or burger to be seen! Highly recommended.
