Rendelésem leadását követően napok elteltével kaptam visszajelzést a termék készlethiányos állapotáról, ez teljesen rendben van, de ígértek egy visszahívást a következő hét hétfőre a készlettel kapcsolatban, ami sajnos elmaradt, ezt követően szerdán én telefonáltam, hogy van-e információ a termékekkel kapcsolatban. Természetesen a termékek továbbra sem voltak még elérhetőek, azonban ígéretet kaptam ismételten, hogy még aznap visszahívnak, ez azonban szintén elmaradt. Biztos nagyon jól megy az üzlet, hogyha nem számít a vásárló tisztelete és az ígéretek betartása. Valamint ha valami nincs készleten vagy nem áll rendelkezésre, esetleg bizonytalan ideig nem lehet elérni a terméket akkor azt fel kéne tűntetni a webshopon, nem pedig ígérgetni amiket később be sem tartanak. Összegezve, rendkívül negatív tapasztalat, senkinek nem ajánlom!

Days after placing my order, I received feedback about the product being out of stock, which is perfectly fine, but I was promised a recall for the next Monday about the stock, which was unfortunately missed, after which on Wednesday I called to see if there was any information about the products. Of course, the products were still not available yet, but I was promised again that they would call me back that day, but that was also missed. The business is sure to go very well, if respect for the customer and keeping promises don’t matter. Also, if something is out of stock or unavailable, or the product may not be available for an indefinite period of time, it should be displayed on the webshop rather than promised later. In summary, an extremely negative experience, I would not recommend it to anyone!
