V	Varga Bianka Hella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hihetetlenül arrogáns, lekezelő, es bunko eladók. A többi üzletben kedvesek, segítőkészek, de amit itt tapasztalok évek óta az meghokkentő. Incredibly arrogant, condescending, and bunko sellers. The other shops are kind, helpful, but what I’ve been experiencing here for years is startling.

Minden Panton boltban kicsit más a készlet, így ez a bolt főleg papír választékban, festékek, és alap kiegészítőkkel felszerelt. Az eladók jókedvűek, segítőkészek, kedvesek voltak velem. Mindig pozitív élménnyel távozom. Located in the heart of the city, the Panton has the advantage of being easily accessible by public transport, bicycle or on foot. By car, it's a little more playful. Each Panton store has a slightly different set, so this store is mostly stocked with paper assortments, inks, and basic accessories. The sellers were cheerful, helpful, kind to me. I always leave with a positive experience.

S	Simbie Yau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a very good selection of artist paper that can measure from a 100cm X 70 cm. This also includes mount board and hard board. It was snowing outside and I asked if they will be able to cut down one piece for me in order for me to carry it easily. They have a charge to cut paper of 250 forints. This may not sound like a lot but it is off putting when you want to buy one piece for 400 forints. So I thought I don't have far to go I will carry it. The lady at the cashier provided the utmost rude and unpleasant experience which should not be tolerated by anyone. I called her up on it after my transaction saying she provides excellent customer service. She could not respond but I was not sure if she understood. I was recommended to go to this store where they all say that this shop has a good selection of art materials but you are forewarned that the environment can be unkind and unpleasant. With this reputation why does need to be said at all by locals? Perhaps there needs to be a change?
