A Bónusz Brigád azóta nem válaszol az e-mailjeimre és semmilyen formában nem kommunikál arról, hogy miért nem tudja vagy nem hajlandó visszafizetni a fel nem használt kupon árát. A kialakult helyzet részben érthető, a kommunikáció teljes hiánya és a sunnyogás viszont elfogadhatatlan számomra. Azonban csak 10-15 %okakat lehetett belőle levasarolni és ez a pénz a fiokrol ismét eltűnt. Több mint 2 éves levelezesem mindig annyit eredményezett hogy kérem türelemmel várjon, sajnos nem tudok máshogy hozzáállni de ez az ügyintézés messze nem ügyfélbarat. Hi!
