My child tripped over a crate on the floor and tore his forehead. I mentioned to the cashier ladies that maybe they should not put wooden crates on the floor (next to the children's section). There were two of them at the cashier that day. They behaved with immensely indifferent, not a word in reply. No one asked if we needed help. Children fall down, it happens often. But I was shocked at how unhelpful their vendors were in such cases.
