K	Kiss Béla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 percel ezelőtt vásárolt karórát nem vettek vissza , a csere vagy levásárlás javaslatát elutasították , arra hivatkozva hogy az óra üvege sérült ( itt megjegyzem , felpróbálva sem volt a karóra , csak kibontva kezben tartva felcpercig kb) Az üzletpolitikájuk számomra nem megfelelő, nem ajánlatos itt ajándékot vásárolni , mert ha nem megfelelő az embert kb elzavarják, es nincs valós megoldási javaslatuk ! 2x vásároltunk itt , soha többet nem fogunk , sem én sem az ismerőseim! A karóra karcos volt,amit nem mi csináltunk! Félóra múlva vissza vittük, kértünk pénzvisszafizetést,utalványt, csere lehetőséget, és azt kaptuk, hogy az óra karcos! Az eladó a mai napon felhívta a kollégáját és szóban,halhatóan elmondta, az órát NEM néztem meg. Az eladó pedig,: Mi karcos órát nem tudunk árusítani: És milyen órát adtak el nekem? KARCOSAT! Ez vásárlói megtévesztés volt! Egy vásárlás alkalmával többször is! A problémákra nem találtak semmilyen megoldást. Kértük a csere lehetőséget, 3 nap van rá, kértük hogy akkor garanciába legyen javítva, 2 év garanciát kaptunk, ebből mindenre a NEM,NEM Lehet választ kaptuk.. We asked for the exchange option, we have 3 days for it, we asked to be repaired under warranty, we received a 2-year warranty, of which we received a NO, NO Possible answer.
