A	Alexandra Pataki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vásároltam ebben a boltban két guess füllbevalót , az egyikből kiesett 3db kő , a másikból 1db kő , Decemberben vásároltam őket egy blokkra. az egyik füllbevalót megcsinálták garanciàban , a másik füllbevalóra már nem járt 2 hónap elteltével. ezzel nincs is semmi probléma. DE elkértek 2000ft ot a pótlásra , heteket vártunk hogy elkészüljön azután átvételkor hiányzott egy kő , azt mondták vissza küldik. megint hetekkel késöbb ugyan ez történt hogy “megjavították” és kiesett a kő megint. ezután azt a választ kaptam hogy “ nem tudnak mit csinalálni vele hordjam így ameddig tudom “ borzasztóan rossz tapasztalatom van , a fülbevaló /db 12.500ft volt a javítás 2000ft és mind a 2 füllbevaló hordhatatlan. így eviszem máshova és senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a kiszolgálást. I bought two guess earrings in this store, one of the 3 dropped stones and the other of the 1 stone, I bought them for a block in December. one of the earrings was made under warranty, the other earrings were no longer available after 2 months. there is no problem with that. BUT they asked for 2000ft ot for replacement, we waited weeks for it to be completed then upon receipt a stone was missing, they said it would be sent back. again weeks later it was the same that they had been “repaired” and the stone fell out again. then I got the answer that “they can’t do anything to wear with it so as far as I know” I have a terribly bad experience, the earrings / piece were 12,500ft, the patch was 2000ft and all 2 earrings were wearable. so i move elsewhere and i don't recommend this service to anyone.
