Vörös és fehér borok mellett található még: pezsgő, Cava, kézműve csoki és édesség és egyéb ínyencségek. -- Így a borkedvelőkön kívül még ajándékboltnak sem utolsó. Nice selection of assorted wines. Expert sellers. Along with red and white wines you will find: sparkling wine, Cava, handicraft chocolate and sweets and other delicacies. - So, besides wine lovers, it's not even a gift shop.

Természetesen, ahogy ilyenkor megesik, elkerültük egymást a futárral pont abban a fél órában. Erre én amikor vissza tudtam hívni a két számot, ahonnan kerestek, a bolt vette fel. A hölgynek elmondtam, hogy elkerültük egymást a futárral és kérném, hogy hozza vissza a csomagot. Az eladó hölgy erre idegesen nekem támadt, hogy ilyet nem lehet csinálni meg ez milyen hozzáállás.... Én erre válaszként annyit mondtam, hogy pedig ez történt, elkerültük egymást a futárral, de egy kicsit vegyen vissza, mert én vagyok az ügyfél és én fizettem a szolgáltatásért is, mind az ajándékcsomag, mind pedig külön a házhoz szállításért is. Erre fel gúnyosan annyit közölt, hogy "jó hozzáállás"..... És egyébként ő miért ideges azért, hogy egy külsős cég nem tud engem elérni? Ami még felháborító ebben a hozzáállásban, hogy amikor még a rendelésnél viszont én szerettem volna egyeztetni a kiszállítás időpontjáról, akkor feltételezem, hogy ugyanez a hölgy rövidre zárta azt a beszélgetést avval, hogy ő odaadja a futárnak és utána nem tud semmit a csomagról. Sajnálom az egész történetet, de ezt a hozzáállást, hogy ha van valami probléma, akkor nem a megoldásra törekszünk, hanem az ügyfélre támad az eladó, szolgáltató, tűrhetetlen és elfogadhatatlan. All I said in response to that was that it happened, we avoided each other with the courier, but take it back a bit because I’m the customer and I paid for the service as well, both for the gift package and separately for home delivery. To this he mockingly said "good attitude" ..... And anyway, why is he upset that an outside company can’t reach me? What’s even more outrageous in this attitude is that when I wanted to negotiate the delivery date when I placed the order, I assume that the same lady shorted the conversation by giving it to the courier and then not knowing anything about the package. I’m sorry for the whole story, but this attitude is that if there’s a problem, we’re not looking for a solution, but the customer is being attacked by the seller, the service provider, intolerable and unacceptable.
