Én 4db amúgy vadonat új, csak nyitott gyári csomagolású konyhabútor fogantyút szerettem volna becserélni (nem voltak felszerelve, csak kibontva) ugyanolyan típusúra csak 1 mérettel kisebbre, sajnos semmilyen rugalmasságot nem tapasztaltam. Üzletszabályzatra hivatkozást kaptam, hogy nem lehet megoldani. Szerintem ez nem egy lehetetlen kérés lett volna, még nem találkoztam olyan bolttal, ahol ezt nem oldották meg. Tudom legközelebb menjek oda. Így is teszek.
Unfortunately, I have a negative experience. I wanted to replace 4 pieces of the brand new kitchen furniture with open packaging only (they were not equipped, just opened) with the same type only smaller than 1 size, unfortunately I did not find any flexibility. I received a reference to the Business Terms that cannot be resolved. I think it wasn't an impossible request, I haven't met a store where it hasn't been solved. Next time I can go there. That's what I do.
