Mindig becsülettel fizettem és fizetem a víz és csatornadíjakat, amelyek köbméterenkénti árai itt a legmagasabb országos viszonylatban. Felháborodva tapasztalom, hogy egyre több úgynevezett házi vízmű működik a környezetünkben. Ügyes családok több mint 15 éve fúrt kútra rákötötték a bejövő vizet és a csatornára a kimenőt. Ezt a vizet használják fürdéshez, zuhanyozáshoz, mosáshoz és wc -hez. Tudjuk, hogy ez nem kis mennyiség. Egy háztartás vízfogyasztásának a 80%-át teszi ki. Ezek a családok az így elhasznált víz után csatornadíjat nem fizetnek, hiszen nincs mérve órával a csatornába kimenő víz mennyisége. Önök szerint igazságos az, hogy egyesek csalás útján alig fizetnek vízdíjat, pedig a többszörösét fogyasztják, mint aki spórol vele, hiszen becsületesen fizet? Nincs erre valami megoldás, hogy ne lehessen senkinek kibújnia a csatornahasználati díj alól? Igazságtalannak és méltánytalannak tartom, hogy ezt büntetés és következmények nélkül tehetik amúgy is tehetős emberek, míg a tisztességes, de kispénzű családok fizetik helyettük is a csatornadíjat, hiszen azt azért emelik meg, mert valahogy el kell osztani az össz terhelést. Vagyis, (valahol) és fizetem az általuk felhasznált víz csatornadíját is. Kérem önöket, hogy ahol ilyen házi vízműrendszer működik, és rá van kötve a kivezető cső a csatornára, azt vagy szüntessék meg, vagy lássák el mérőórával. Várom a válaszukat, hogy mit kívánnak tenni ez ügyben! Üdvözlettel! I have been living in a detached condominium in Mályi for 23 years. I have always honored and paid the water and sewerage fees, with prices per cubic meter being the highest in the country. I find it outrageous that more and more so-called home waterworks are operating in our environment. Skilful families have been connecting incoming water to the canal for more than 15 years and drilled the outlet into the canal. This water is used for bathing, showering, washing and toileting. We know this is not a small quantity. It accounts for 80% of a household's water consumption. These families do not pay the sewerage fee for the water they use, as the amount of water discharged into the sewer is not measured by the hour. Do you think it is fair that some people pay little water for fraud, even though they consume more than they save by paying honestly? Is there any way to prevent anyone from getting out of the sewerage fee? I find it unfair and unfair that wealthy people can do this without punishment and without consequences, while decent but low-income families pay the dues for them, because it is raised somehow because of the total burden. Ingatlan átvétel után azonnal bejelentettem a felhasználó változást (Szeptermber 24) a mai napig (Dec.13) nem böfögtek rá semmit, csak annyit hogy 2x jelentek meg a kollégák a kapuban előzetes tájékoztatás nélkül, hogy vízórát cserélnének. Ezt még mind el tudtam engedni. De azt, hogy a mai napon mindenféle tájékoztatás nélkül az egész településen több órája nincs ivóvíz, az több mint kellemetlen. Az Önkormányzaton reggel megjelennek, hogy tájékoztatni kellene a lakosságot, majd ki is zárják azonnal a vizet. És nem csőtörésről van szó, hanem valamiféle tervezett munkálatról... Ügyfélszolgálatot nyilván lehetetlen elérni, hogy legalább megmondják, hogy ugyan meddig nincs ivóvíz a háztartásokban. Ez nem szolgáltatás, ez inkább egy rossz vicc. It is under criticism. You wouldn't deserve 1 star either. Immediately after taking over the property, I announced the change of user (Sep. 24). I could still let it go. But the fact that today, without any information, there is no drinking water in the whole settlement for several hours is more than unpleasant. They appear in the municipality in the morning to inform the public and then turn off the water immediately. And it's not about breaking a pipe, it's about some kind of planned work ... It's obviously impossible to get customer service to say at least how long there is no drinking water in the households. It's not a service, it's more of a bad joke.
