F	Fanni Karolina Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming here, the food is excellent for the price and staff is pretty nice. There are usually lunchtime specials though service is sometimes a bit slow at the hour. All in all, I recommend Bôrze and will definitely come back.

The cuisine is inspired by local recipes but I wouldn't say authentic.Regretfully ,we found the service mediocre.Few staff members were great but the whole impression of the team was inadequate. Ambience and design is a plus but a trained personnel makes always a significant difference .

Did not expect them to serve customer with a chipped off plate (as shown in the picture). Staff is not very friendly too. Expected the pork to be soft but the meat is quite tough.
I	Inês Matos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great restaurant! The meal started with pancakes with chicken stew, the goulash and the mangalitsa pig cheek as mains and the poppy seeds cake for dessert. To drink we had a cocktail of the day and a glass of wine. This was for me one of the best restaurants in Budapest, the food was super tasty and the portions were more than enough. The restaurant itself is so nice, good to have just a drink or to get something to eat. Definitely bookmarked for a return trip to Budapest.

As far as I’m concerned, Börze is the #1 best restaurant in Budapest, and I believe that Börze has the best authentic Hungarian food that I have eaten in all of Budapest. I have been visiting Budapest for 3 weeks now, and I have eaten at Börze 16 times already! Yes, I have tried many other restaurants, but I keep coming back to Börze. Yes, Börze is THAT GOOD! The food is amazing, the prices are unequivocally affordable, and the entire staff is friendly & attentive!! Richard is also a superior server — I have gotten him as my server on several occasions, and he is excellent! Highly recommend Börze! If you’re visiting Budapest, do not miss this restaurant!

You can still find traditional inspired dishes but with a modern twist at extremely affordable price. Service was excellent and interior of the place is also beautiful. Had the slow cooked beef cheeks and it was melt in mouth. Was so full but so glad I had the ricotta dumpling for dessert - must order!!

Tried the Marrowbone soup, Goulash, wild mushroom pasta, some juice and bread... Can't wait to come back. The atmosphere is relaxing and the stuff is very kind.

Could not recommend this restaurant enough. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner when we arrived in Budapest and we liked it so much that we returned to have breakfast at the end of our weekend because it was so good!
