If you want a hidden natural environment. Then this is the place you are looking for. In fact, there is almost nothing here except benches, fireplaces and meadows, trees, beautiful natural surroundings. There is no mobile network, not even a radio. But here I can imagine watching the Persians.

Wonderfully beautiful, well-kept place. You are an island of peace. I found it by accident while cycling. I’m sorry the species aren’t tabulated thoroughly. Only a few aches were marked. I can recommend it to everyone, check it out and spend some time there. There is also a fireplace and benches

The approach is a bit adventurous (dirt road), it seems to be closed (the gate), but only one latch needs to be moved. Tiny but beautiful.

In the middle of a very beautiful forest, the arboretum can be reached by car by dirt road. Nice environment, possibility of fireplace await the visitor. Great place for families to relax.

This arboretum is a gem It is a bit difficult to reach, we left Dunaszentmiklós, we left the car at the end of the village. After a pleasant walk of two and a half km, there was the gate that was just hooked up. It is always open and free to visit. Real silence, tranquility, chirping of birds, beautifully tidy resting places, beautiful trees, bushes. I highly recommend it to those who want relaxation, peace, quiet and beautiful nature! There was no one but us on Easter Sunday, we only met a deer beyond the fence ❤️❤️❤️

Let's start with a nice line of things ... What this place gives: silence, tranquility, peaceful environment, extremely few people, minimal infrastructure, adventurous access. If you want to visit a really secluded place where you can probably only run into one or two people, this is for you. If you approach from Dunaszerdahely, you have to expect a moderately difficult dirt road for the last 1-2 km, if you are not specifically off-road, then only approach it from this direction in good time. It was interesting to see that this was a "self-service" arboretum, without any kind of permanent staff. You can simply open the gate for yourself and roam inside the area, and you can even walk in for a while, there is no separate parking lot. However, there is a built-in fireplace, quite a lot of benches and tables, so you can spend more time here, even a small picnic can be done. However, you have to take care of everything yourself, there is no water or a comfortable washbasin, there are only two flush toilets, but I haven't tried them ... ;-) The study trail is also interesting, there are several opportunities to relax on the placed benches in a pleasant forest environment. It also has a "new" (a few decades) installed part, but we haven't discovered it now. There are also grassy meadows with lots of flowers and many butterflies associated with them. In summary, if you are looking for peace and quiet nature, you need to come here.
