A	Attila Antal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tetszett a sajtkészítő tanfolyam, az alapokba jól beavatnak. A tanfolyam ideje többre kevés, de erre elegendő. I liked the cheese making course, they are well versed in the basics. The course time is short for more, but it is enough.
B	Botond Kopacz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kurzus kétszer elmaradt. Ettől még lehetne 5 csillag. De a konyha, a felszerelések, az eszközök, az egyéni tüzhelyek hiánya, a jobb esetben középkategóriás alapanyok használata nem illik egy ilyen helyhez. A barista képzés egyenes botrányos volt, beképzelt nagyképű oktató, es a három órás kurzusbol 5p gyakorlat volt, egyszer lehetett kávét csinálni egy olyan géppel ami szintén gagyi volt (tekintettel area hogy az oktató majd infarktus kapott mikor rossz irányba tekertem a gőz kart, mert, hogy eltörik - ez szerintem egy eléggé alsó kategóriás gépre utal). The course was missed twice. That would make it 5 stars. But the lack of kitchen, equipment, utensils, individual stoves, or at best, the use of mid-range raw materials, does not fit into such a place. The barista training was downright scandalous, a cocky, handsome instructor, and the 3-hour course was 5p practice, and once it was possible to make coffee with a machine that was also crappy (given that the instructor then infarcted when I turned the steam lever in the wrong direction, that it breaks - I think it refers to a rather low-end machine).
V	Varga-Balogh Orsolya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A macaron tanfolyamon a cukrasz lany nagyon profi volt,jo hangulatban telt a sutes. A korulmenyek viszont nem voltak teljesen profik,ezert a 4 csillag. A robotgepek nem mindegyike mukodott,nem jutott minden parnak belole....keves volt a fozolap (ez kulon kaphato indukcios lapokkal orvosolhato lenne), a kotenyek erosen kopottak voltak. Kicsit zavaro volt hogy mar a tanfolyam kozben folyamatosan pakoltak mosogattak (mintha zavarnank). Osszessegeben jo elmeny volt,koszi! During the macaron course, the confectioner was very professional, the sutes were in a good mood. The age group, however, was not entirely professional, hence the 4 stars. Not all of the robotic machines worked, not all of them got through it .... there were few hobs (this could be remedied with induction sheets available separately), the cotyledons were heavily worn. It was a bit confusing that they were constantly packed and washed during the course (as if we were disturbed). All was well, dirt!

Chef on her phone during the course.. no proper receipt... no useful infos... no ingredients that were in the original menu.... the course was like cooking on your own.. next time I would prefer pay a bit more but much more professionalism...
