★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a charming little hotel. The rooms are spacious and really nice. The staff is so incredibly helpful I don’t remember the last time I felt so good at a reception. The hotel provides you with a little handy disinfectant which is great when you spend all day in the city in a tourist mode. The breakfast is good, it is tasty and does its job at preparing you for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its staff, style, comfort and spacious rooms and beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, with plenty of storage for our 3 night stay, good amenities and the staff were very welcoming. We were very impressed with the location and could walk to all the main sights, shops and restaurants.
My only critique would be the hotel's airport transfer service. I booked this ahead of our stay, and were told that a 'Mercedes hotel car' would collect us. Sadly, it ended up being a regular yellow taxi and it was late. The website states payment would be taken upon checkout, but the taxi driver asked me for immediate payment. Had this been a hotel service as promised, I wouldn't have minded the cost, but this felt very expensive for the service provided. We ended up cancelling our return transfer as Bolt taxis were considerably cheaper and we've had no issues with them.
I do recommend this hotel, we had an excellent stay. I just wouldn't recommend booking a transfer through them.
