High standard bike maintenance, normal pricing, friendly service, comprehensive advisory, rich and diverse stock in the store, possibility to order any item on the wholesale market.

I visited the shop 5 times during the last year. The staff is quite busy most of the times, so some waiting occurs from time to time, but nothing negligence. I took both of my bikes for big service and were not disappointed with the service. The wheels ran true and smooth after booth services. Even the bike felt more stiff after these services, it definitely felt that they were adjusted. The bike was handled with care, no damages occurred on painting and the frame during the services. However once my bell found to be broken after a service on my way home. Nothing serious it could happened even before the service, so I did not asked for a replacement. During my home maintenance sessions I have found that the jockey wheel were left out of the big service, so I would recommend them to make clear for the customers that this is not included. Apart from these two events I would recommend their service for any bike enthusiasts, on the reason they care the bikes with attention. The range of accessories are wide, and they are willing to get every available item you would ask for. I would rather give them 4,5 stars if there would be an option for that.

Got my bike back with lots of scratches, with greasy stains and the top bar has a huge dent in it, paint job needs a fix. Online shop is unreliable, the parts posted there are not available for order, basically no info on whats available only if you call or go to the shop, it defeats the online shop purpose. Not my best experience.

Visited the store, greeted the 3 available employees and it took 5 minutes to have a reply. Asked for a bike repair, and they just nod and say no. I was considering buying one of their bikes as well, but with this kind of support, I will be looking for a different store. Not recommended, specially if you don't speak Hungarian.

Excellent bike store with friendly staff and a wide range of products in the store and in the webshop as well. The girls in the store helped me pick up the perfect bike, although I had jo idea what I wanted. Went back for routine maintenance twice since then. The service was efficient, but they took their time to understand what I needed. This is my go to bike store in Budapest!

Excellent trustworthy service. Wish the shop has a place to rest my legs for an hr while the problem was being attended.

Avoid this place. Personnel not qualified and rude. You can find better places in the city.
