★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Football Factor is a horrible experience when it comes to communication and getting the product that you want to have. In my case, I purchased the Dutch National Shirt. And it was agreed that the next day it would be ready with the labels of Robin van Persie printed on it. After three visits, on which at both times I went home empty handed it turns out that they can print it only with the letter-type of the previous shirt, thus if you were to say yes to this - you would end up with an official shirt that resembles an cheap imitation product.
This was three weeks ago. And still they fail to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to collect local football shirts whenever I travel somewhere, surprisingly in a football mad country like Hungary this is one of the few stores in Budapest where it’s possible to buy all the local team shirts. Name and number printing cannot be done in house, shirt has to be sent away for that. Otherwise great selection of Hungarian and foreign shirts plus other sporting gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from the United States and was on my way to the shopping mall looking for local soccer jerseys teams and came across Football Factory.
They had a great selection of jersey’s at very reasonable prices. I purchased several jerseys.
I would have like to give them five stars but they didn’t have anyone available or working to put names and numbers on the jersey’s I purchased.
They only have ONE person that iron on the stencils and I was advised she doesn’t work weekends. I suggested to the store clerk that they should cross-train more of their employees, so they wouldn’t lose out on more sales opportunities.
