★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az hogy heti 2x lehetne velük beszélni, még azt mondom hogy hát okés, végülis miért 5napos egy munkahét,...de az hogy konkrétan 2 hete próbálom elérni őket úgy hogy 1órákat csengetek már es semmi válasz, sem visszahívás semmi, ez már tragédia. Hozzáteszem hogy az angol vizsga után már nem tudok belépni a honlapra sem (saját profil), és mivel kölföldön élek nincsen lehetőségem sem csak úgy bemenni az irodába. Pedig csak annyi kérésem lenn hogy küldjék ez a result-ot az egyetemnek ahova átjelentkezék....
 The fact that you could talk to them twice a week, I say that it's okay, after all, why a work week is 5 days a day, but that I'm trying to reach them for 2 weeks by ringing for 1 hour and there's no answer or call back, it's a tragedy. I would like to add that after the English exam I can no longer access the website (my profile) and since I live abroad, I do not have the opportunity to enter the office. And all I have to do is send this result to the university I transferred to ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should organize exams with less attendants, because they can barely keep up with hundreds of people at a single place, thus, for an expensive fee you get hours of waiting and confusing instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ British Council is a good institute for learning various English courses, as they follow the Cambridge-University-press-based curriculum. The stuff was kind and overal impression was good. Totally this office in Budapest has good atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. I took the IELTS exam and the staff were professional and the venue was outstanding. I sincerely had a positive experience taking the academic computer-based test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly terrible service, emails were never replied on time and calls were never answered even during office hours. Staff were not helpful except for 2 nice ladies who i met in person. Everyone else was nasty to deal with and i wish this christmas season melts their hearts of stone.
