Azért mentem magánintézménybe oltásért, mert a koronavírus alatt el akartam kerülni a zsúfolt rendelőt. Arra számítottam, hogy 5 perc alatt letudom az oltást. Ehhez képest itt 30 percet kellett várakozni, pedig pontosan az időpontra érkeztem. Ezalatt legalább 20 emberrel voltam egy légtérben, és némelyik ráadásul koronavírus tesztre jött! Úgy tűnik a nagy forgalom fontosabb a biztonságnál és az ügyfelek gyors kiszolgálásánál. The doctors and assistants were kind. The problem is organization. I went to a private institution for vaccination because I wanted to avoid the crowded office during the coronavirus. I expected to be able to get the vaccine in 5 minutes. Compared to that, I had to wait 30 minutes here, even though I arrived at exactly the time. During that time, I was with at least 20 people in an airspace, and some of them came up with a coronavirus test on top of that! High traffic seems to be more important than security and fast customer service.

Időpontra érkeztünk a családdal, csúszás nélkül megkaptuk az oltásokat, a váróban rend és csend volt, mindenki betartotta a járvány miatt hozott szabályokat. Szép, kellemes környezet, ahol az ember el is felejti, hogy orvosnál van. Maximálisan ajánlom! Thank you for your detailed information, kindness and professionalism! We will choose you next time. We arrived on time with the family, we received the vaccinations without slipping, there was order and silence in the waiting room, everyone followed the rules made because of the epidemic. Kedvesek voltak, azt mondták, ha telefonon akarok időpontot foglalni, azt is lehet, viszont sokat kell hívogatni őket, mert nem mindig tudják felvenni. Most fogok harmadjára menni hozzájuk. A várakozási időről annyi, hogy eddig 10 percnél tovább nem vártam. Maga a helyiség kicsi, de szerencsére eddig megúsztam, hogy sok emberrel kelljen összezsúfolódni, na az rendkívül kellemetlenül érintene. They were kind, they said if I wanted to book an appointment over the phone, it could be, but they have to call a lot because they can’t always pick it up. Now I will go to them for the third time. So much for the waiting time that I haven’t waited more than 10 minutes so far. The room itself is small, but luckily I’ve gotten away with having to crowd a lot of people so far, well that would be extremely uncomfortable.
