V	Viktória K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az úr, akivel ma találkoztam minősíthetetlen stílusú, rosszindulatú, illetve a szemébe hazudik az embernek és direkt nem segít. Hiába beszéltem udvariasan, kedvesen, tisztelettudóan, alázatosan, a sok felháborító válasz és hihetetlen bunkó hangsúly után is. Mindegy... igazából nem vagyok meglepődve, máskor is hasonló tapasztalatom volt. Csak legvégső esetben megyek, de szörnyűek az ott dolgozók, úgy néz ki utálják az életüket és az ide betérőkön vezetik le a feszültséget... B	Benjámin Centgraf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elfogadhatatlannak tartom, hogy szinte folyamatosan fennakadás van a csomag kiszállításban. Országos amatőrizmus folyik itt. Egymásra mutogatás és a rendszer teljes nem értése azok részéről akik ott dolgoznak! Házhozszállításos csomagokert kell bemenni a postára nem egyszer nem kétszer hanem 3-4 alkalommal. Elfogadhatatlan, ultra gaz! Ha lehetne adnék 0 csillagot. Vetekszik a MÁV-val! I find it unacceptable that there is an almost constant disruption in package delivery. A	Attila Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 napot ültek az Amerikából rendelt csomagomon, majd visszaküldték a feladónak mondván nem kerestem. Egyszer sem kaptam értesítőt. Sajnos mire kiderítettem, hogy milyen csomagszámot kapott, addigra már késő volt. Be kellene már szántani ezt az egész nyomorult vállalaltot. Új fejlemény! Most már meg sem kapom a leveleimet/csomagjaimat. A kedves kézbesítő össze vissza mindenhova bedobálja, csak engem nem talál meg. A minap egy kedves pár hozta át az AJÁNLOTT!! küldeményeinket, amiket hozzájuk dobtak be. Azért ez vicc, hogy a postás bedobálhatja akárhova, de ha én megyek be a postára, épp csak vért nem vesznek, hogy igazoljam, hogy az enyém. K	Kis Nord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szánalom. Október 19-én USA-ból indított csomagom november 3-án már a Budakeszi postán volt, viszont a mai napig (nov. 25.) nem tudták kézbesíteni... Gyalázat, hogy pénzt mernek kérni ezért a hulladék szolgáltatásért. Pity. A	Andrea Antal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elhagytam egy meghatalmazást, felhívtam a postát, és megkérdeztem, hogy mivel úgyis benne van a rendszerükben, akkor bemehetek átvenni egy ajánlott levelet. Erre azt mondták, hogy nem. Mondtam, hogy rendben, de akkor kapok esetleg egy másik példányt? Igen, majd a postás kiviszi, mert csak úgy nem mehetek be érte a postára.... Mondtam, hogy rendben, de az lesz a legegyszerűbb, hogyha bedob egy értesítőt, mert nem leszek otthon. Természetesen sehol sem volt az értesítő. Másnap megint hívtam őket. Teljesen kikelt magából az illető, mert a postás volt nálunk, és csengetett is , de én nem voltam otthon. Akkor már kicsit mérges voltam, és elmagyaráztam, hogy persze, mivel dolgozom, de eddig is tudták, de mivel nem mehetek be csak úgy a postára, hanem ezt a felesleges procedúrát meg kell tenni, akkor legalább az értesítőt hagyja ott, amit egy ajánlott levélnél szükséges... Z	Zoltán Hegyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem megbízható, sok a probléma velük. Állítólag nem érdeklődtem egy levelem iránt. Valóban, mert értesítőt se dobtak be. Úgy nehéz átvenni. Nem először fordul elő, hogy a postás nem hoz értesítőt. De olyan is volt, hogy otthon voltam egyértelműen (ház ajtaja láthatóan nyitva), de inkább értesítőt dobott be, ahelyett, hogy átadta volna a levelet. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy rendszeresen nem kapunk meg egyéb, nem tértivevényes levelet. Nemzetközi kisebb csomagom sem jött meg, pedig Magyarországra beérkezett a tracking alapján. Néha a postaláda helyett a kerítésre teszi rá a levelet a postás, mert lusta 50 m-t gyalogolni a másik kapuig (ami mellett már elhaladt korábban). Unreliable, a lot of problems with them. Ha az elektronikus tracking nem lenne, akkor nem is tudom, honnan kellene tudnom, hogy csomagom érkezett. Meg sem próbálják kiszállítani, és még csak egy értesítőt sem dobnak be a postaládába. The office staff is helpful on site. But what this post does for mail delivery or parcel delivery is tragic. If electronic tracking weren’t, I don’t even know how I should know my package arrived. They don't even try to deliver it, and they don't even drop a notification in the mailbox.
