The equipment is the desks as well as the staff. No numbering equipment. No time stress. There is no crowd and everything is manageable.

A postán feladott ajánlott/elsőbbségi levél (2018.11.30. 8:26-kor) a mai napig 2018. 12. 15.-ig nem érkezett meg. A rendszerben az ügyfélszolgálat csak azt látja, hogy átvették a postán és onnantól nem látható a küldemény útja. Felháborító!! Hol van? Hova tűnt?? Természetesen nem emelik fel a telefont, hogy legalább valami információt adnának! Úgy gondolom, hogy a felvevő helyen történt valami a küldeménnyel! Inkább nem írom le, hogy mire gondolok! A buborékos boríték figyelem felkeltő. Na majd ha a posta nem keresi meg a küldeményt és nem érkezik meg a címzetthez akkor tovább visszük a dolgot! Itt valami bűzlik! Egy biztos ezt a postát a továbbiakban el fogom kerülni! Ekkorát még életemben nem csalódtam a Magyar Postában mint most! In one week approx. 8-10 calls a day startup inability to reach the mail by phone! The recommended / priority letter sent by post (30.11.2018 at 8:26) has not been received to date until 15.12.2018. In the system, the customer service only sees that it has been received at the post office and from there the path of the shipment is not visible. Outrageous!! Where is? Where did he go?? Of course, they don’t pick up the phone to give at least some information! I think something happened to the shipment at the recording location! I'd rather not describe what I mean! The bubble envelope is eye-catching. So if the post office doesn't look for the shipment and it doesn't arrive at the recipient, we'll take it further! Something stinks here! I'm sure I'll avoid this post in the future! I have not been so disappointed in Magyar Posta in my life like now!
