★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been sitting here with a distressed cat for over half an hour. No-one is talking to us, we are the only patients, but there is a sign on the door saying they will bite your head off if you dare knock on the door. Now I knocked twice, no answer. Tried to call them, no answer. Poor cat is suffering, cannot breathe. This is the only duty place for sick animals all around Budapest. Totally heartless... Leaving soon after waiting 1 hour to no avail.

Seriously, just have 20k ready for after hours -base fee- and get someone who speaks Hungarian. Staff was quick, competent and professional. Thanks doc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not open 24/h, was not even open at 22:00 at night. I was there at 22:00 on Thursday the 17th of Dec... And the building seemed like it was open but no one was there. The rooms were locked but the entrance door was open. Not a soul in sight. It was an emergency for me as my dog was hit by car but there were no emergency services available at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conveniently located veterinarian, but I have never had the same vet twice. Not sure if that is just timing or turnover. Always nice service, competitive prices. Have only gone there for check-ups and vaccines, luckily no serious problem with my dog. No complaints about this place though.

The place is easily accessible either by car or public transport. There are sometimes a lot of time to wait on weekends, but professional help is quickly available on weekdays. I recommend it with a good heart.
