ATTENTION ALL ENGLISH SPEAKERS/ PEOPLE WHO ONLY SPEAK SOME HUNGARIAN: DO NOT COME TO THIS VET AT ALL COSTS!!!! VERY DANGEROUS FOR YOUR PET AND YOUR WALLET!!! RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND RACIST STAFF!!! BEWARE OF THIS VET, DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have never before been treated this way by a "professional" in my life. The "lead doctor" called my girlfriend an idiot when she took our injured puppy to see him earlier today. When I called to follow up about the incident he called me a "hulye fasz" on the phone. My girlfriend brought our puppy in because we are worried she has hereditary hip problems, when she asked him to check he responded that it would "take too much time" and then charged 10,000 HUF for a 10 minute appointment and kicked my girlfriend out of the clinic. When my girlfriend asked for clarification on the bill as she only speaks English and the bill was in Hungarian, the doctor told her to leave Hungary if she can't speak Hungarian. This is not even bringing up the fact that last time we went they over prescribed our dog de-wormer which could have killed her had we not researched to product before giving it to her. According to the company that makes the de-wormers website she only needed a half tablet not a full... the same website said a full tablet would have given her a seizure and could have been fatal! AGAIN DO NOT BY ANY MEANS COME HERE! RUDE STAFF, HORRIBLE PRICES, AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR THE WELL BEING OF YOUR PET!

They have no idea what they are doing! Ashame that they have a diploma as a veterinary! You will understand what I say when you take your 4 legs friend to another veterinary! This place must be closed.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Not worried about the animals. Too concerned about making a profit of the injury, and they don’t even want to spend time examining the animals. They are racist and not kind to English speakers at all. Do not come here at all costs. Not safe for your animals. So sad.

Today I just had the worst experience of my life. I came in to help my puppy who isn’t able to run without limping. And was treating with so much disrespect. This office is sadly not safe to bring your animals. Last time I was in my puppy having diarrhea and one of the vets did an ultrasound even though I said it wasn’t necessary.. and of course nothing was found, I feel like they do unnecessary things to bring up the bill. Our puppy has been very unfortunate and we have spent over 1,000$ at this vet office WITHIN THE LAST 4 months. The money is not a problem, if they would have helped to fix what was wrong. They would just say that my puppy is “unlucky” and they have never told us what’s wrong. Today I went in because my puppy is limping when she runs and then can’t walk. We where in the office for 10 minutes and got charged 10,000 huf and the “head vet” had no idea what was wrong with her and had no answers. I feel as if this office only cares about charging thw highest price and not about the animals. He ended it by raising his voice to me and being incredibly rude and insensitive, I am unsure how anyone could act so unprofessional. It ended by him yelling at me to find another vet because I was not welcome. I’ve been going to this vet office for 4 months now, and had a great experience with Dr Klára. If she was the only vet here it would be 5 stars.

Very attentive staff. I don't speak Hungarian but the Dr. spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable. I will continue to take my dog here and fully trust all the Staff!!

Why would it ever be acceptable to be blatantly RUDE to someone just because they don't speak Hungarian?! You should treat EVERY single customer/client with the utmost respect(in person or on the phone), or will obviously lose business. Would highly NOT recommend.

Horrible, HOSTILE attitude against non-hungarian pet owners. They make you wait longer then Hungarian pet owners on purpose. Doctors can't even give the correct dose of a medicine. And when you tell they're mistaken, they even lie more and deny what they say. But I have every proof about their wrong diagnosis for my dog and I will share it everywhere just to keep as much as people away from that place. We love Hungary & Budapest. And it's a shame these kind of people shows a bad example of Hungarian hospitality.

I was amazed by the good will and professionalism of this great place. From the wonderful team and the kind service!!
