Extremely well-mannered, helpful administration, they represent the necessary bureaucratic licensing procedures to a high standard, and if something is missing, they explain exactly what is needed to successfully run a license!

1 star for instrument storage and billing together. Terrible old-fashioned bureaucracy. They do not pick up the phone, it is not possible to communicate by email. They are slow and cumbersome.
