Mivel arra próbáltam rákérdezni, hogy az adott helyzetben milyen eljárás szükséges, meg sem hallgattak. Konkrétan nem akarták engedni, hogy kb. 1 percben, teljesen normális hangvételben elmondjam az ügyet. Mivel ők már láthattak hasonló helyzeteket, szerintem lehetett volna esélyük tanácsot adni, de meg sem próbálták. A helyzet közös átgondolását rendkívül határozott módon elutasították. (Azért a többes szám, mert több helyről egyszerre szóltak fennhangon, hogy ez nem a hatóság feladata.)
If I had known which procedure to initiate in our particular situation, they would certainly have been helpful.
