Ami kicsit macerás, hogy a covid miatt nem lehet az ügyintézővel bemenni az irodába, egy nagyobb teremben vannak asztalok, ott ülnek le mindenkivel aláírogatni a papírokat. Emiatt, ha valami javítás szükséges, az ügyintéző visszabattyog az irodájába, aztán visszajön a közös terembe. Ez lassít egy kicsit. Nice staff, they are always kind and helps you to find the best solution. They were OK with foreigners as I saw. There is a little playing corner for kids, and a nursing room too. You can have a glass of water while waiting. Due to covid you can't enter the offices, there is a common room where they take everything you need to sign, so if there is anything that needs to be changed, you have to wait until they go back to their office, and come back. But that's all. Both the receptionists and the clerks were helpful and kind (I have been here 2 times so far). There is a children's corner in the foyer at last, there is a drinking water tank, I didn't die of thirst while I waited. There is also a baby-mama room. (I didn’t see that from the inside.) What’s a little maceric is that because of the covid, you can’t go into the office with the clerk, there are tables in a larger room where they sit down with everyone to sign the papers. Because of this, if some repairs are needed, the clerk stumbles back into his office and then returns to the common room. This slows down a bit.
