Tájékozatlanságukat kedvetlen, lekezelő, indiszkrét kommunikációval kompenzálják. Ha úgy ítelik meg simán leteszik a telefont beszélgetés közben, és örültem mikor aláírattak velem egy papírt, hogy a továbbiakban ne számítsak rájuk semmiben. A csedet fél évig nem kaptam meg ez alatt az idő alatt (is) arrogáns, lekezelő hangnemben beszéltek, a bkv bérlet, máv kedvezményhez jutást nem segítették semmiben, még pontos információval sem! Pedig nem vagyok menekült, sem határontúli! Minek tartjuk ezt fönt? Biztos, hogy havonta több, mint havi 3 millió forintunkba kerül. Itt lenne az ideje az átszervezésnek, pár munkatársat továbbképezni, a többit kirúgni. I didn't get the check for half a year, they spoke in an arrogant, condescending tone during this time, they didn't help me get a discount on the public transport season ticket, even with accurate information! And I'm not a refugee or a foreigner! Why do we keep this up? It certainly costs us more than 3 million forints a month. It would be time for the reorganization, to train a few employees, to fire the others.
