A várakozási idő változó, de elmondható, hogy a körülményekhez képes folyamatos az ügyfélkiszolgálás. Egy gigantikus hátralépés a Magyar Posta részéről, hogy az okostelefonra letölthető applikáció a frissítések dacára egyre rosszabbul működik, így már nem is bajlódom időpontfoglalással. De a fentiről a Kispesti 1. sz. Posta egyáltalán nem tehet. It is completely barrier-free, so I can get in and out easily with a wheelchair. The waiting time is variable, but it can be said that the customer service is capable of continuous conditions. A gigantic setback on the part of Magyar Posta is that the application that can be downloaded to a smartphone works worse and worse, despite the updates, so I don't bother to make an appointment anymore. But about the above, Kispest no. Post office can't do that at all.
C	Csepregi János on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korábban nagyon jó tapasztalataim voltak, ma azonban, mikor szerettem volna átvenni egy feleségemnek érkezett, egyszerű postán maradó küldeményt, hogy a 40 fokban, 6. hónapos várandósként és egy 13 hónapos kislánnyal ne neki kelljen bemennie, megdöbbentő élményben volt részem. Az ilyen levelek kiadásával korábban nem volt semmi gondja a munkatársaknak, hiszen bevittem párom személyazonosító okmányait is (személyi, lakcímkártya), most azonban két hölgy leszúrt, hogy mit képzelek magamról. Jeleztem nekik, hogy miért én jöttem és hogy ez korábban nem okozott gondot. Erre az hangzott el, hogy mert biztosan folyamatosan visszaélünk azzal, hogy van otthon gyerek, akire hivatkozva kiadták a - sima - leveleket... Kikértem magamnak a vádaskodást. Ha simán és kultúráltan azt mondják, "elnézést, csak felhatalmazás esetén tudunk segíteni", elfogadom, de az a lekezelő, vádaskodó, hivatali stílus végtelen felháborító volt. Próbáltam telefonálni, hogy szállítsák ki a küldeményt, ha feláron is, de nem érdekel(tudom, hogy van ilyen, volt már rá precedes, hogy kértünk ilyet) 17 perc várakoztatás után letettem a telefont, nem vette fel senki, délután kettőkor... For some reason, the post office took my package here instead of picking up the parcel point. I don’t have a chance to go there, I didn’t accidentally ask for the vending machine. I tried to call to get the shipment out, if at a surcharge, but I don't care (I know there is one, it was preceded that we asked for one) After 17 minutes of waiting I hung up, no one picked it up, at two in the afternoon ...

Visszajáró pénze soha nincs, és a kártya terminál "épen most romlott el". Undorító ez a hozzáállás. Even a star just because there is no less. Nem úgy van ám az, hogy az ember ott áll a lakásában startra készen, hogy éppen mikor nyomja meg a csengőt a postás! Az értesítőt nyilván azonnal elkezdi kitölteni, ahogy megérkezik a kapuba, máskülönbn nem lenne ideje bedobni és elhúzni a rákba, mire kiér az ember a kapuig. The postman does not wait more than 30 seconds for the person to get out of his apartment to the gate. Dear Postman, It is not the case that the man is ready to start in his apartment just when the postman rings the bell! He will obviously start filling out the notice as soon as he arrives at the gate, otherwise he wouldn’t have time to throw it in and pull it into the crab by the time he gets to the gate.
k	kulcsareva78 Kulcsár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az 1 csillag sem jár a posta dolgozóinak. Parasztok, bunkók fiataltól idősig, 2 kérdésből 2-re nem tud válaszolni az állítólagos kisgóré... A szemükkel ha ölni tudnának már rég kihalt volna Kispest. Nembeszélve az MPL csomagomról ami eltünt és 2 hónapig a feladó és a címzett kellett bizonyítgassa és hívja őket a saját hibájuk miatt és még mai napig sem fizették ki a feladott termék árát. Ha tehetem inkább távolabbi postára megyek. 1 star is not awarded to postal workers either. Peasants, jerks from young to old, 2 out of 2 questions can't answer the alleged little gor ... With their eyes, if they could kill, Kispest would have long since become extinct. Not to mention my MPL package which was gone and for 2 months the sender and recipient had to prove and call them for their own fault and to this day they have not paid the price of the shipped product. If I can, I'd rather go to a farther post office.
