Nem a Visegrádi útról! 2.Az ügyintézés menete kifogásolható az elkészült okmányról értesítést hiába vártam,pedig kértem az sms szolgáltatást . Az ügyintézők egymás között nem kommunikálnak,ha probléma adódik mindenki hárít. 3.Jó lenne ,ha nem nézének hűlyének az ügyfelet , ha az egyik már papíra írja a szolgáltatást! A kiadás dátuma ne 3+1 nap legyen ,ha a három napért is annyit fizet ,hogy akár házhoz is hozhatnák pezsgő vel.4. miért kell telefonon plussz utána járni az ügynek hol tart, ja elnézést már régóta kész?! Akkor most mi van?!.5.ha már kevés emberrel dolgoznak legalább egymás között beszéljenek! 6.egy ügy miatt miért kell két okmányirodát bejárni?! A biztonsagi or kedves volt, mondta, hogy ha gondolom varjak es ha elfogynak az ugyfelek, akkor meg sorra kerulhetek. Meg is kerdezte tobbszor az ugyintezoktol, hogy egy sorszamot kiadhatnak-e meg, mivel egy ugyfelkapu regisztraciot szerettem volna elintezni, ami kb 5 percet vesz igenybe. 1 ora varakozas utan en is megkerdeztem az ugyintezot, hogy belefernek-e, mivel en is minden nap 9-tol fel 6-ig dolgozom, mire kozolte minosithetetlen stilusban, hogy eselytelen es probalkozzak maskor. Ugyhogy koszonom szepen a semmit, majd legkozelebb kiveszek egy nap szabadsagot, ugy sincsen jobb dolgom, mint okmanyirodaba jarni. They forced applicants to bring and unneccessary work such as translate driving license even if it's in english and to do exams even if your country included in Vienna convention . If you are asked to bring more papers please do not believe the agents ask for the manager .
